The Israel Trail starts at Kibbutz Dan and continues all the way to Eilat for about 1,100 km. The trail passes through many beautiful vantage points, springs, and quite a few challenging hiking trails. We are nearing the end of the march and decided to share with you the five craziest places we have traveled and most enjoyed doing P.L. Coffee
Mount Arbel
Mount Harbel is a mountain at an altitude of 181 meters above sea level, a total of 3.5 kilometers of ascent that requires, among other things, climbing with your hands. The evening before climbing the mountain we slept in the tower, which is a colony located at the foot of the Arbel and hidden in it an amazing view of the Sea of Galilee. We got up in the morning and started the climb. The walk takes place on top of a path resting in a long and moderate ascent with a beautiful cliff on the right and on the left the blue and green Sea of Galilee of the north, a landscape that just leaves you speechless. We reached the top of the mountain and found a tree under which we made a coffee pécal in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Israel and in the background of the Sea of Galilee
Hanadiv Branch - Carmel Ridge
One of the most surprising and beautiful places in the northern section of the Israel Trail is undoubtedly Mount Carmel, where the ascent is not very difficult and with a shady one, at the end of which you reach the Hanadiv branch. Walk on the edge of the ridge as the entire coastal plain and Mediterranean is spread out to the west. We were blessed on a day with excellent visibility and you could watch the whole stretch of beach from Haifa to Hadera. The view is amazing The air is clean and the smell of coffee just makes you want to lean back and continue to enjoy one of the most peaceful and relaxed moments on the trail
Horse Spring - Ein Yakaa
One of the largest and most beautiful springs that Tzipori Stream has to offer, and is only a 3 minute walk from the Israel Trail so we totally had to go there. On this spring we had already heard from other hikers on the trail and once we got to the place we didn't regret for a moment, the water is completely clear. There is a narrow stream where you can put your feet in the cold water and it is connected to a larger and deeper pool that can be washed and swim in. We arrived at the place on a hot day on the trail so no doubt the feet in the cold water along with the shade and the hot coffee just made our day
The Artificial Spring - Neot Smadar
Within Kibbutz Neot Smadar in the Arava there is one of the favorite, beautiful and not-so-familiar places on the Israel Trail. If we just let ourselves veer a little off the path of Israel you can go to Kibbutz Neot Sander and sit on a huge royal lake that looks like an oasis in the movies, a green place, lots of amazing birds, animals and sunsets, surely this is one of my favorite places on the trail, the tranquility that there is there the quiet desert landscape from everything, just attach to all this PKL coffee and good friends and there is no better, just perfect! In addition, it is important to say that the lake is intended for oral purposes and not for drinking and bathing so just enjoy the beauty of the place
The sandy dunes of Kasui - Sands of Kasui
Have you ever thought about doing p.L.L. coffee in the Moroccan desert in the Sahara desert? Maybe in the crazy dunes of Dubai? So whether you do or don't have to go all the way there! Soy sands are the Israeli version and very successful for amazing dunes, insanely soft sand (the softest I've come across) and the most "hardcore" desert landscape there is. In addition, for all this I recommend coming to cover either at sunrise or sunset, all the sand is painted in crazy orange colors that cannot be explained or conveyed in pictures. So sit on the sand, open a coffee pkal and live the hiking experiences and nature
